Coaching Reviews
I had the privilege of being introduced to Geeta’s book “You Are the Cake” in mid 2019, pre -pandemic when I felt stuck and had hit a brick wall. She suffered from a debilitating chronic illness and she shares this in her book. As she brought out the layers of our submerged inner self with the cake and kitchen analogy it was so relatable. Her restocking of the kitchen was a mind shifting way of looking within and examining our own pitfalls and delusions. Finally methodically moving towards offering a recipe for happiness and a practical plan of action for sustenance helped me move towards my own joy. Her attentiveness and intuition helped guide me to make the shift of learning to love myself and be the authentic me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a life transformative experience as I trust in her ability, integrity, humanity and a gift to bring out the best in people.

I always call Geeta Earth Angel. Because she’s always there to watch over me and help me with handling life’s, “bring me downers”, hardships ,and issues. Geeta is a pool of experiences, through all that she’s gone through and through helping others in need.
Her web site defines exactly, what I learned in her class.
I was able to acknowledge my fears, the negatives which were like a stoplight which is always red, and never turns green, she was able to brush off the dust which covered them, and brought them up to the surface.
Through her sessions, I was able to replace the negatives with positives , and empower myself to do so. Much work, left to do. Luckily, she put me on the path to a speedy change towards happiness. I try to work on her teachings daily.
Thank you, my earth angel,

Friend, philosopher and guide.
Apparently a term coined for a great teacher, one like Aristotle was to Alexander the Great.
That's what Geetanjali Arunkumar is to me. But, not in quite that order.
Serendipity is a wonderful asset and I have been blessed by the presence of those princes of yore, often. I had been through emotional abuse and pushed it all down deep within, not having the energy or time to deal with examination of my feelings.
Life went on, decades of progress and happy events. But, suddenly some minor worries added up to a major stress and broke through to the depression within. I felt unworthy, I felt like a failure, I couldn't eat healthy any longer, lost the motive to do what I had previously loved, I slept at odd times and couldn't sleep to wake refreshed. I snapped at the slightest excuse and cried without any.
I didn't think anyone could understand or help and hated being told I needed to 'see' someone.
Then my friend suggested her cousin, Geeta. Just before my trip to the USA. She was nowhere near where I was going to be.
I was given her number. I didn't call, kept putting it off. Why would she respond? How would she respond?
She called me! Just to chat. I felt guilty about not calling her and incoherently tried to explain. She didn't push, just asked if we could chat sometime.
Then she asked if I would do one exercise for her? Self-affirmation every day. It didn't matter if I didn't believe, I should just say it or write it, even just think it every day.
So she became my guide, my Gu-ru, the dispeller of darkness.
Little by little she showed me how to find my own path. How there was no wrong or right, only darkness or light, and to walk towards what was one's own Light.
She shared her Life's learnings with me, fearlessly baring her scars, her healing. She taught me to know myself, forgive myself and love myself.
My wise philosopher. I found every time she said something, she provoked me to find my own meaning and it therefore endured. Not a parroting of her words but a meaningful forward path for me!
She reached out and inquired after my wellbeing, I found myself looking forward to her calls. Uplifted by hearing her cheery voice. My friend. Old is Gold but this New is Precious!
Guide, philosopher, friend!
'Thanks' is inadequate. A salute is too formal. Affectionate physical gestures are too casual.
I hope she knows what she means to me!
